Bobbi and Chilli

Bobbi and Chilli came to DRN in June 2025, this brother and sister duo were not keen on living with other dogs and got a bit annoyed by children so came into Dog Rescue Newcastle. They’re typical sweet and loving dachshunds who enjoy a lap, a tummy rub and good food. Bobbi has a bobbed tail, which is quite unusual for dachshunds, it makes her kind of special. 

They were fortunate to land with their unicorn Foster family with no other pets and no children, where they spend their days frolicking in the garden and sleeping together in their bed in the sun. Bonded pairs stay in foster care much longer than single dogs so Bobbi and chilli have been incredibly lucky to have wonderful patient foster carers happy for the company until Bobbi and Chilli find their perfect forever family, which we hope is soon.
